1. reach out to us through our contact page and let's set up a time to talk on the phone. Having a consultation call allows us to get to know you and your vision better and empowers us to better help you create the elopement of your dreams.

Our love story began in Yosemite, a place that continues to inspire and shape our lives. Living and breathing the Sierra lifestyle, we’ve spent years exploring its beauty, from the towering peaks of Mammoth Lakes to the expansive "planet granite" of Yosemite. We believe that the best moments in life often happen over time, not all at once. That’s why we suggest extending your elopement to last a whole day (or longer). Here’s why:

It’s not just about the ceremony: Your wedding day is so much more than the "I dos." With an all-day elopement, we capture everything—from quiet moments in the morning to the adventure of exploring new places together, and the joy of being in each other’s company all day long.
It gives you a true keepsake: While photos from just the ceremony are nice, a full day of memories lets you relive how your day felt. The photos and video from your adventure will be the lasting record of your wedding—an authentic reflection of everything you experienced.

Watching the sunrise from an epic Sierra vista: Whether Glacier Point, Yosemite Valley, Tenaya Lake, Tuolumne Meadows, or your favorite High Sierra hidden gem; experiencing the rising of the sun is such a special way to start your day. And the two of you bathed in beautiful golden light is what dreamy photos are made of.
Having a picnic brunch after a full morning of moments, memories & photos: We know the perfect locations to relax and have a picnic after a full morning of following the light for photos and video. It's so nice to be able to slow down and take in nature's grandeur while enjoying delicious food, which always tastes better in nature!
A midday break is perfect for some down time: You don't want to go go go all day, so it's nice to be able to take some time midday to relax and recoup your energy before we head out for our afternoon adventure.
Everyone knows that sunset is when the magic happens: And we know exactly where to be for the golden hour. Whether you want to go to the iconic Taft Point, an alpine dome in Tuolumne, or find something a little more private and off the beaten path, we've got your back.
Ending your day under the stars is like a fairytale: Watching the day turn to night has got to be one of our favorite times of day. And while we wait for the stars to come out it's so fun to let our inner "Lord of The Rings-loving fantasy self" come out and play with our lanterns that are just stunning during the blue hour.

all of our Adventure Elopement Experiences Include...

Photo and possibly video coverage by Shawn & Brittany: We try our best to make you feel as comfortable as possible so that your special day is memorable and not just a photo shoot. We will create magical photos together while still helping make you feel as though your day is just how you want it to be and encouraging you to fully be present so you can savor every moment.
A beautiful gallery & digital download of all of your edited photos & video: The gallery makes it easy to view your images, download them, purchase products if you'd like, and of course share with your friends and family.
Help navigating any permits that may be necessary: You've never done this before, but we have and we're here to help. Some locations may not even need a permit, but if they do, we'll help you navigate the process so it's not overwhelming.
No travel fees: All of our packages are based on location so everything is built in to the package price.
Location & Timeline planning & suggestions: We help you choose the locations and timeline that will be perfect for you. A lot of the locations that we suggest are new to our couples, and they've entrusted us to make sure the locations are exactly what they want. We love helping our couples find beautiful and private locations, and our years of experience help ensure that we're there exactly when the light is best for different locations.
