Melanie & Andy’s Gorgeous Yuba River Engagement Photos

In between bouts of torrential rains last winter, Melanie, Andy and I were able to spend some time and create beautiful images together for their engagement down on the Yuba River with its magical energy and awesome presence. I’ve known Melanie for almost 10 years, so it was such a treat to capture images of her and her love, Andy, who I’ve been wanting to meet for some time now.

All three of us are a wedding photographer and shoot around Nevada City here, so we had lots of fun geeking out, talking about wedding photography, and enjoying the incredible beauty of our local love, the Yuba. I hope you enjoy these images from our engagement session together!
