Lunar Eclipse over Bishop

Last night was a lunar eclipse during the full moon and my friend Ryan and I went out to Red Hill to watch the show over Bishop. It’s times like this when I’m constantly reminded of how blessed I am to live in one of the most beautiful places on earth. This little hill is 3 minutes from my house and looks out over town and has become a frequent spot that I love to go to for sunrise or sunset.
Photographing the lunar eclipse was super cool because usually when I photograph the full moon I don’t get any stars because the moon lights up the sky. But during the eclipse the moon more matched the vibrance of the starts so I was able to capture them together. Cool!
Hope you’re well.
